Hi my name is Bek, I am 25 years of age, I live in Brisbane Australia and I am a first time mum to my beautiful little girl Zephaniah who is 16 months old.
I decided to venture on my own healthy lifestyle 5 years ago when I realised that crying each night over the way my body looked was getting me nowhere.
I started out walking on a treadmill for an hour a day in my spare room listening to beats like “Shots, Shots, Shots” and “Big booty bitches”. Then I eventually joined a bootcamp and started training 3 days a week. After doing that for a few months I moved onto the BBG by Kayla Itsiness, I stuck to that guide for 2 years and then decided to switch things up a bit. In which I incorporated lifting weights.
I have since created my own home gym that has all of the weight equipment I could of ever needed and now I focus on strength training 3-4 times a week along with walking 2 times a week and instead of listening to “Big Booty Bitches” I like to listen to self development podcasts and audiobooks.
What you will find on my website is raw, open, honest blogs about my journey with motherhood, my struggles with my mental health and my love of all things fitness.
I have recently teamed up with a beautiful bunch of women and we have created a 16 week holistic health and wellness program that focuses on lifestyle changes and not quick fixes or fad diets.
